Kardashian Sisters Face $75 Million Lawsuit Over Credit Card Deal

The Kardashian sisters are facing a $75 million lawsuit over allegations they breached a contract by distancing themselves from a controversial credit card scheme aimed at kids.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney fronted the Kardashian Prepaid MasterCard, which allowed parents to give their children a small amount of credit so they can keep track of their finances.

But after a series of extra costs came to light and the attorney general of Connecticut launched a scathing attack on the siblings for promoting the card, the trio decided to end their endorsement deal in November.

Now they have been targeted in a $75 million lawsuit by bosses at the Revenue Resource Group, the company behind the scheme.

In papers filed at a court in Fresno, California earlier this month, the Kardashians are accused of wrecking the company's reputation by quitting their two-year deal, according to TMZ.com.

In the first picture posted on TheSuperficial.com, the 18-year-old star is seen lounging on a couch in a black, cut-out dress as an older woman, allegedly her assistant, lifts part of the outfit and places her tongue near Cyrus’ right breast, reports the New York Daily News.

The second snapshot, rumored to be taken at a gay club, features Cyrus lifting her shirt almost to her chest as she and a friend pose with virtually naked males. (ANI)

Halle Berry opens up about her childhood trauma

New York, Dec 25 – In an interview, Halle Berry has made a startling admission about her childhood.

The actress bared her early days trauma on CNN’s Alina Cho as part of her special, ‘Big Stars, Big Giving.’

“I think I’ve spent my adult life dealing with the sense of low self-esteem that sort of implanted in me. Somehow I felt not worthy, ” the New York Post quoted her as saying.

Berry described how her crusade to help domestic violence victims comes from watching her mother being abused by her late father.

She wondered, terrified, “If I would get beat up, if I would get kicked down the stairs . . . before I’m Halle Berry, I’m little Halle who was a little girl growing in this environment that damaged me in some ways, and I’ve spent my adult life trying to really heal from that.”

Asked if she’s made any wrong choices in partners, she said, “As a result of my early years and some other choices my mother made.

Choices that, you know, we often repeat what is taught us. So it is my job to . . . change the legacy.” (ANI)
